Nubia Red Magic Gaming Phone Launched In India at Rs 29,999

Nubia has just launched their new gaming smartphone, the Nubia Red Magic in India. The phone was first announced back in April in China and now that it has come to India, we have two major gaming smartphones to choose from. But there’s a twist here. The Nubia Red Magic runs on Snapdragon 835 which is last year’s flagship chipset and we’ve had phones with Snapdragon 845 for a while. The processor is coupled with 8GB RAM.

The Nubia Red Magic features an aesthetic design that has 174.5-degree dot cutting and the phone is mere 6.85mm at its thinnest point. There are nine heat radiation air slots that propagate heat and keep the phone when you’re gaming. The body is made out of triple anodized aviation-grade aluminum alloy which has gone through 5 sandblasting processes. The back uses a three-layer graphite lamination that is also supposed to help with the heating and it diffuses the heat by 117%. The back also has RGB color accents to give this phone a gamey look.

You also get a dedicated game button which will activate the phone’s gaming mode. The gaming mode limits the background data and you can set it up so that it can block calls, SMS, notifications, etc. while you’re gaming. The phone features a 3800mAh battery with NeoPower 3.0.
