Nokia 1 With 4.5-inch FWVGA Display And Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) Launched At 5,499 INR

After couple of days of Lava Z50, HMD Global has also today announced its Android Oreo (Go Edition) smartphone dubbed as Nokia 1 in India. It was earlier introduced in MWC 2018 last month. This handset will be available in Blue and Red color options from 28th of March onwards and will be priced at 5,499 INR. Nokia 1 also comes with the support of interchangeable Xpress On covers which will be available in Azure and Grey or Yellow and Pink colors for Rs. 450. You can get these covers from somewhere in April onwards.
As for the specs, Nokia 1 is fitted with a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display and is handled by 1.1 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6737M CPU assisted by Adreno 304 GPU and 1GB of RAM. There is 8GB of flash storage and a microSD card slot that takes up to 128GB card.
Nokia 1 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition) and sports a 5 MP fixed focus rear camera with LED flash light and a 2 MP frontal sensor onboard. It houses a 2150mAh battery and dual SIM support. This smartphone comes with all Go Edition apps like Google Go, Youtube Go etc. that offers you smooth experience.
Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.
