Lava Z50, Company’s First Android Oreo Go Edition Smartphone Launched At 4,400 INR

Lava has today unveiled its first Android Oreo (Go Edition) named Lava Z50 in India. The company has showcased this smartphone last month. It will be available in Black and Gold color options for the price of 4,400 INR. You can purchase this smartphone from online as well as offline retail outlets from now onwards across the country.

This smartphone allows you to search in 10 Indian languages and will also be available for an effective price of 2,400 INR after 2000 INR cashback offer from Airtel under its ‘Mera Pehla Smartphone’ program.

Lava Z50 includes a 4.5 inch FWVGA 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It has 5 MP front facing shooter and a 5 MP auto focus rear camera onboard. Both the cameras come with Led flash light and Bokeh mode. It is backed by 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go Edition).

Lava Z50 is paired with Quad Core MediaTek MT6737M processor with the clock speed of 1.1 GHz along with Adreno 304 GPU. It is powered by 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and an expansion slot for microSD card that supports up to 128GB. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, 3G / HSPA+, EDGE / GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.
