Honor launches Honor 6 Plus and Honor 4X

Huawei Honor officially announced the launch of two new 4G smartphones which are Honor 6 plus and Honor 4X. Both the devices were launched by Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor, President of Honor, George Zhao and President Consumer Business Group, Allen Wang.

Honor 6 plus is the world’s first parallel dual camera phone. One of the best part of this amazing phone is its dual 8MP rear camera which offers DSLR quality images. The reason behind it is that the camera uses aperture range of f/0.95-f/16 which is only found in DSLR. Apart from this, the camera features fastest focus within 0.1 seconds. The device offers 5.5 inch full HD display, 401ppi pixel density, 3GB RAM and it is powered by a Huawei Kirin 925 chipset (Octa-core CPU, four Cortex A-15, and four Cortex A-7). The phone offers 32GB of ROM or internal storage and supports MicroSD card.


Honor 4X which is being considered as world’s best dual SIM 4G camera phone is equipped with a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. The device is powered by a 64 bit Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 1.2Ghz Quad-core CPU with A53 architecture. The best part of this device is its 5.5 inch HD screen which offers amazing HD color rendering and stable HD movie viewing. The device is supported by a 3000mAh battery which offers standby of 72 hours. The phone offers amazing internet speed up to 150Mbps and other features include gravity sensor, light sensor, compass, proximity sensor, Bluetooth, FM radio and Wi-Fi direct.

Both the devices are available only on Flipkart and through registration process. The registration for the Honor 4X will start at 4p.m on March 24, 2015 and will go on sale at 2 p.m on March 30, 2015. The Honor 6 will go on sale later in the April 2015. The Honor 6 plus is priced at RS 26499 and Honor 4X is priced at Rs. 10499.
