Xiaomi Redmi 4A launched in India at Rs. 5999 with VoLTE, Snapdragon 425 and 2GB RAM

Xiaomi has launched a new budget smartphone in India, the Xiaomi Redmi 4A comes at a price of Rs. 5999 and brings 2GB RAM along with a Snapdragon 425 under the hood. With the launch of Redmi 4A in India, Xiaomi now has a smartphone in every budget in India. You can choose the Redmi Note 4 in a medium budget of you can go for the Mi5 if you want a flagship device.

Anyway, the Redmi 4A is aimed towards people who are looking for a budget smartphone with VoLTE functionality. Considering the price, you are getting a good set of specifications here. The phone is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 with 2GB RAM and you get an internal storage of 16GB as well. It has a 5-inch 720p display and it is a dual SIM phone. The whole thing is powered by a battery of 3120mAh which as per Xiaomi, will provide a stand-by time of 7 days. In the imaging section, you get a 13MP primary camera and a front facing camera of 5MP on the phone. At a weight of 131.5 grams, it is the lightest Redmi phone Xiaomi has launched yet.

The phone’s storage can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card and it runs on MIUI 8 and it is designed in India so you have that Make in India aspect here.
