Xiaomi arrives in India with the launch of Mi3, Redmi Note and Redmi 1S

All the news which made it to the social channels about the arrival of a leading Chinese smartphone brand arriving in India stand true with the arrival of Xiaomi in India. One of the most popular smartphone brand, which do have some amazing products will now be within the reach of Indian consumers. Hugo Barra the current vice president of Xiaomi who was the former vice president of the Android project at Google along with Mr. Bin, Co-founder and President launched three new products for the Indian market.


Starting with the flagship product, Xiaomi Mi3 which is pretty famous in China absolutely killed the show with a competitive pricing for a smartphone with that kind of specifications. The Mi3 packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset with 5-inch full HD 1080p display panel and 13MP camera not only tempts by the hardware but also with its looks.

Along with the M13, Xiaomi also announced Redmi 1S and Redmi Note which though being cheaper has an undoubted potential to lead the competition in a new direction. The Redmi Note packs a MediaTek octa core processor, dual SIM whereas the RedMi 1S features Snapdragon 400 with 4.7-inch HD display panel.

The Mi3 will start its sales from July 22, 2014 and will be exclusively available from Flipkart.com. The Redmi Note and Redmi 1S will be available very soon priced at Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 6,999 from the same retailer.
