Wickedleak is now offering their smartphone customers door-to-door delivery and repairing service. The company claims that they will give the serviced phone back to users within 48 hours and they have partnered with logistic firms Gojavas (Arm of Jabonng) and DTDC to provide these services.
These services will be available to customers in more than 103 cities covering 2400+ locations across India. Company is planning to expand its portfolio by launching eight new Wammy smartphones in the price range of Rs 10,000-25,000 in the coming year.
At the announcement, Wickedleak founder and Director Aditya Mehta said:
We have recently entered into strategic agreements with Gojavas and DTDC to provide reverse and forward logistic to Wickedleak customers. This kind of value added services is to boost trust among our customers. We are in talks with two leading ITes companies of the country to provide technical support over phone as around 80 to 85 per cent problem can be resolved.
Wickedleak is also setting up collection centers for customers who do not live in the areas where company is offering door to door service. These collection centers will be operational in next 2 months and users can visit one of these centers to drop their smartphone which requires attention or support. Wickedleak has also earmarked investment of around Rs 5 crore to improve and enhance their after sales services.
