Ulefone launched their first Armor smartphone in their rugged smartphone series in November 2016. The phone was received quite well and it brought something that we don’t see in smartphones i.e. the ruggedness and strength. Ulefone has now announced that they will be launching the next version of the Armor smartphone at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona.
This new model will come with several improvements like better metal-plastic hybrid body and even better specs like Helio P25 and 6GB RAM. The phone is also IP68 rated which means that the Ulefone Armor 2 is dust and water resistant. As mentioned, under the hood you get a 2.5GHz octa-core Helio P25 processor along with 6GB RAM. Along with that you will get a primary camera of 16MP and a fingerprint sensor as well. You’ll also get NFC support on this phone.
Coming to the body, Ulefone will be adding six physical keys on the edges of the phone which will be used for different purposes. The MWC 2017 will start on 27th February and it will go on until 3rd March and we will know more about the phone only when it launches.
