Toshiba Thrive Android 3.0(Honeycomb) Tablet Available for Pre-Order

Toshiba Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) tablet is now available for pre-order in New York through j&R retail store. This is the first Honeycomb tablet by Toshiba. Toshiba has given various names to their first Honeycomb tablet as “Toshiba Thrive” for Europe, “Toshiba Dosage” for US and “Toshiba Regza Dosage AT300” for Asia.

Toshiba 10.1-inches Tablet have awesome features and superb looks, wide screen gives a better visual experience.

There are only two models that are popped out yet that are 8GB and 32GB. Besides from bundle of features, the tablet is having another plus point that you are available with different colors to choose from, for your tablet.

The tablet performance is accelerated with 1GHz dual core Tegra2 processor and Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system with screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. Battery capacity of 7-hours of video playback. Toshiba Thrive is sporting 5MP rear and 2Mp front facing camera which is better than Apple’s iPad2 camera.

Toshiba list of names for tablet is a bit of unusual move by the company.  Toshiba Thrive will be listed in UK next month and in japan it is due to release in July. Toshiba has used their Adaptive display technology for better vision.
