Spice has launched its Android One smartphone in International markets including Indonesia, Nepal and Sri Lanka with Android Lollipop 5.1. Spice has launched this device with different brand name- Nexian Journey One in Indonesia.
Android One smartphones are manufactured under the guidance of Google and their software is directly controlled by Google. Google is also responsible for latest software updates on these stock Android running devices.
Three Android One smartphones were launched last year in India, but are yet received Android 5.0 Lollipop yet whereas Spice is launching Android One smartphone internationally with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Google has recently announced that it will update all Android One devices with Android Lollipop in India within next few weeks.

Spice is launching first Android One smartphone in the world with latest version of Android Lollipop 5.1 under the Nexian Journey One brand name. Nexian Journey One features a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display and powered by 1.3 GHz Quad core Processor assisted by 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM which is expandable up to 32 GB via Micro SD card.
Nexian Journey One also includes a 5 MP camera on its back surface with flash and a 2 MP front facing camera onboard for selfie fans and video calling. It houses a 1700 mAh battery inside with unspecified talk time or standby time.
This is same hardware which we saw on Micromax Canvas A1, Karbonn Sparkle V and Spice Dream Uno in India.
