Sony launches World’s First 3LCD Laser Light Source Projector in India

Sony has launched the World’s First 3LCD Laser Light Source Projector – VPL-FHZ55 in India. It is a WUXGA-class (1920 x 1200) installation projector based on a blue laser light source and it is capable of achieving 4,000 lumens which makes it one of the brightest projector of its kind.

The projector offers virtually maintenance free operation for up to 20,000 hours. So the users don’t need to worry about changing the lamp frequently and at the same time they will get a good ROI i.e return on investment with a low total cost of ownership.  is an energy efficient device and it has lot of energy saving features such as Auto Light Dimming, Auto Brightness Adjustment and Constant Brightness Mode.

The device can be switched on or off in an instant and it comes with supreme installation flexibility. It has a tilt angle free capability which allows the users to position it freely at any angle. VPL-FHZ55 is priced at Rs 4,75,000 (MRP). It would be available in black or white coloured chassis across various dealers in India from September 2013.
