Sony has launched a new portable mobile projector, the MP-CL1, for consumers in India priced at 26,990 INR. The projector aims to deliver home theatre experience in your living room by projecting HD resolution high contrast images with accurate colors.
Sony MP-CL1 projector has a light aluminum body with matte finish. The body houses a 3400mAh battery that will allow for 120 minutes of uninterrupted HD playback according to Sony. a HDMI to Mini-HDMI adapter, Micro-USB cable and a detachable two-way stand have been bundled in the box.
You can use it to project 120 inch displays at a distance of 3.45 meters even when you are on the move. To facilitate the same, MP-CL1 projector also comes with a built in speaker and accepts content feed from your smartphone or tablet.
You can connect using HDMI port, or via MHL if your phone supports it or perhaps by using its built-in Screen Mirroring function allows you to wirelessly mirror content from a smartphone, tablet device or PC via Wi-Fi.
The projector makes use of Sony’s Laser Beam Scanning (LBS) technology and Key stone correction to enable focus free projections even on rough surfaces and to maintain uniform projections. Sony claims that LBS prevents images projected will not have residual lag, including videos with action scenes.
