Samsung launches new Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 With 4G VoLTE Support and IP68 Rating Launched in India

Samsung has today launched the 2017 version of their two most selling smartphones, the Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7 in India. The phones were announced back in CES 2017 and now they have been made available in India in two color variants, Black Sky and Gold Sand.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 is a 5.7-inch device and the Samsung Galaxy A5 on the other hand, is a 5.2-inch phone. Both of them have a metal and glass curved body and have a super AMOLED display. The smartphones are IP68 rated which means they are water as well as dust resistant.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 and A5 both have a 1.9GHz octa-core processor under the hood with 3GB RAM. They both have 32GB internal storage which you can expand using a microSD card up to 256GB. The Galaxy A5 has a 3000mAh battery while the A7 has a bigger 3700mAh battery and both of these smartphones have fast charging.

Both of these smartphones have a 16-megapixel camera on the back and the front with F1.9 lens. As per Samsung, these cameras can easily take some good looking photos even in low light. The Samsung Galaxy A5 is priced at Rs. 28,990 while the Samsung Galaxy A7 comes at Rs. 33,490. Both of these smartphones will start selling on online as well as offline stores starting March 15th 2017.
