Samsung Galaxy Alpha launched in India for Rs 39,990

Samsung has launched their latest premium Android Smartphone Galaxy Alpha in India. It was unveiled at the IFA earlier this month and comes with a metal frame around the plastic body. It is just 6.7 mm thick and runs on latest Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS.

The phone features a 4.7 inch HD super Amoled Display and it is powered by an Exynos 5 Octa Core processor (1.8 Ghz quad core + 1.3 Ghz quad core processor) along with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of onternal storage. It packs a 12 megapixel back camera with LED flash and a 2.2 megapixel front facing camera.

Galaxy Alpha comes with Heart Rate monitor and finger print scanner. Talking about the connectivity features, it supports 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and GPS. It is powered by a 1,860 mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha is priced at Rs 39,990 and it will be available from first week of october. The phone will come in Charcoal Black, Dazzling White and Frosted Gold colour variants.
