After series of teasers on various social media channels, Asus finally lifted the curtain to present their new brand Ambassador – Rannvijay Singh. The handsome hunk of Roadies fame, will now undertake a series of challenges and try to ‘Live the Zen Life’.
Commenting on his association with ASUS, Rannvijay, an Indian television host, film actor and presenter said, “I am extremely excited to witness life the zen way with the amazing Zenfone. Its light weighted built, stylish look, superb battery life, and most importantly the camera and pre-loaded apps fits perfectly into my daily schedule. I am all set to enter in to the Zen life with ASUS. I am looking forward to the excitement that will be brought to me as a surprise every week.”

At the press event, Asus also presented Asus PadFone Mini, which started selling on Flipkart this week priced at 15,999 INR. Asus PadFone Mini is a very interesting hybrid between a smartphone and a tablet.
The Asus PadFone mini comes with a 4 Inch WVGA display Zenfone smartphone docked in a 7 inch 1280 x 800 display tablet station. The smartphone is powered by 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z2560 dual core chipset with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory and 64 GB MicroSD support.
The tablet dock comes with 2100 mAh while the phone features another 1200 mAh. The smartphone comes with an 8 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera. There is no front camera on the Tablet station. Other features include 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, aGPS and GLONASS
