Panasonic India has today introduced two new multichannel speaker systems in India – The SC-HT18GW–K and SC-HT21GW-K, which are available at Rs. 4.490 and Rs. 6,990 respectively. Panasonic has focused on design and audio prowess in the development of these speakers.
The 45 RMS SC-HT18GW-K, also known as ‘2.1 Mini’ focus, is compact set of speakers with a sub-woofer build in wooden cabinet that also includes FM Tuner support. On the front, these speakers have elegant metal finish grill which further adds to the premium appeal.
The 65 RMS SC-HT21GW-K, referred as the ‘2.1 BT, can wirelessly pair to any Bluetooth device for convenient playback. On the design front, the 2.1 BT boasts of the famous Tall Boy speaker design, compatible with your 32” TV set. For rich bass effects, 2.1 BT relies on a handcrafted wooden cabinet
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ashish Sasidharan, Product Head, Consumer Electronics, Panasonic India, said, “We have received positive feedback from the customers for our recently launched products, the 2.1Ch HT20 and 4.1Ch HT40. The new launches are an extension of our existing product family. We have focused a lot on the design and sound of 2.1 Mini. The 2.1 BT is a product extension of our hero model launched last year, the HT20 2.1Channel speaker System, and delivers an enhanced sound performance. The Bluetooth connectivity of 2.1 BT is simple and hassle free. We are confident of the success of both the products.”
Panasonic believes that these two new speaker models will help it attain 10 percent market share of organized audio market in India, which is estimated to be 2.8 Million Units per year in 2016.
