Oplus India subsidiary of Oplus Taiwan has partnered with online retailer Snapdeal to handle the distribution of it’s first tablet sales in India. Oplus India has launched it’s first tablet for the Indian market powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean mobile operating system with quad-core processor. Oplus has made it clear that the tablet will be only available online.
The Oplus tablet dubbed as the XonPad 7 comes with SIM card supporting voice-calling and data capability. It features a 7-inch display with 1280×800 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor paired along with 1GB of RAM. It also features a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling.
