Domestic handset maker OKWU has announced its latest smartphone named Omicron at an event in New Delhi, India. Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge presented this new handset with company’s CEO Anshuman Atul at a competitive price of 10,499 INR.
If we talk about specs, Omicron comes with 5.5 inch full HD display with the resolution of 480ppi pixel density. It has a 13 MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash light and PDAF. There is also presents a 5 MP selfie camera with selfie flash which allows you to enjoy selfie moments even in low light situations.
Omicron is powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core processor with unspecified MediaTek chipset clubbed with 3GB of RAM. There is a 32GB of onboard memory and expandable memory support up to 64GB via microSD card.
This Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 based handset houses a 3000mAh battery and also supports a 4G dual SIM functionality. Omicron also comes with fingerprint scanner with an unlock time of 0.1 seconds (claims Owku).
