ZTE today introduced Nubia N2 in India, which is a mid-range smartphone that benefits from a massive 5000mAh battery and AMOLED display. It will retail exclusively on Amazon.in for 15,999 and will be available in Gold and Black Gold color options.
The Nubia N2 has a 5.5-inch HD display and is powered by MediaTek MT6750 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. It’s a hybrid dual SIM phone that flaunts a full metal Aluminum body, measures 7.9mm in thickness and weighs 180 grams, thanks to the beefy battery that it accommodates within.
The handset has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF, and f/2.2 aperture lens, and a 16MP front-facing selfie camera with 5P lens and f/2.0 aperture. On the software front, Nubia N2 is still running Android Marshmallow based Nubia OS 4.0, and the dated base Android version shall put it at a disadvantage.
Other notable features include front-mounted fingerprint sensor, 4G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS, fast charging and AW8738 audio amplifier.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Eric Hu, Country Head, nubia India said, “With every Nubia product that is introduced in India, we are increasing our ability to respond to feedback of our customers. Big battery, steady performance and great camera have been universal themes around which our customers have sought improvisation from us. Keeping this in mind, we have introduced Nubia N2. With proprietary Neo Power technology, and 5000 mAh battery, this device lasts 3 days on a single charge. Nubia is overwhelmed with the affection it has received in India market and we are determined to introduce products that continue to enrich lives of our customers.”
