Nokia announces Lumia 720, Lumia 520, Asha 301 and Nokia 105 at MWC

Today at MWC Nokia launched 4 new devices namely Lumia 720, Lumia 520, Nokia 301 and Nokia 105. By launching Lumia 720 and 520 Nokia extended their Lumia Range of devices running on Windows Phone 8. N0kia also announced about the Asha 301 and Nokia 105 which are their low end feature phones.

Nokia Lumia 720 is a mid range smartphone from Nokia running on latest Windows Phone 8 OS. It comes with 4.3 inch display which has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is powered by a 1 Ghz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 512MB of RAM.

It comes with 8GB internal storage which can be expanded using a micro SD card of up to 64GB memory. The phone also comes with 7GB of cloud storage. Lumia 720 comes with a 6.7 megapixel back camera and 1.4 megapixel front facing camera for video calling.

Nokia Lumia 720 would come in red, white, cyan, black and yellow colors. It comes with a price tag of 249 euros excluding taxes and would be available worldwide by Q2 2013.

The second device launched under the Lumia series is the Lumia 510 which would be a low end WP8 device. It would feature a 4 inch display which has a 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1Ghz dual core qualcomm processor and 512MB of RAM.

Nokia Lumia 520 Specifications:

The Nokia Lumia 520 would come in red, white, cyan, black and yellow colors. It would be available at a price tag of 139 Euros excluding taxes. It would go on sale in few European and Asian countries from March 2013 and in rest of the world from Q2 2013.

At the Event Nokia also announced about their 2 new low end feature phones, Asha 301 and Nokia 105. Nokia Asha 301 runs on Series 40 OS and would be available in a Dual SIM version as well. It comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera at the back, 64MB RAM and 256MB of internal storage.

The phone would come with a 1200mAh battery and microSD card support.  It would come in Cyan, Magenta, Black, Yellow and White colors. It would be available worldwide from Q2 2013 for around 65 Euros excluding taxes.

Nokia 301

Nokia also announced about Nokia 105 which is one of their most affordable device. It would cost just 15 euros and comes with a whooping 1 month battery life on standby. It has a 1.45 inch TFT display and comes with a 800mAh battery. It supports FM radio and comes with few Preloaded games.Nokia 105According to rumors we were also expecting a High end Lumia smartphone at the event but I guess Nokia would announce that later at a separate event.
