NNG & ANS launches A501 Navigator in India

Today NNG and ANS (Ayana Navigation Solutions) have announced a new Personal Navigation Device A-501 which has been especially designed for Indian roads. The device has a 5 inch touch screen display and it runs on iGO primo software by NNG which is a global leader in the GPS navigation industry.

ans 501The A-501 comes pre-loaded with the latest India maps and a total of over 7 million Points of Interest (POIs). The device comes with a 1 year map update guarantee so that users get a reliable navigation throughout the year.The device comes with lot of innovative features such as Integrated Quick Search, Intuitive navigation where the iGO primo merges all available resources and interprets the driver’s behavior thereby offering faster solutions as compare to other navigation devices available in the market.

The new PND also offers features such as live traffic where users will receive warning messages about congested roads, Enhanced Junction which provides realistic view of the turning points, Point Addressing, Natural guidance, Historical speed and much more.

The A-501 PND will be available in across various car dealerships, retail channels & aftermarket accessory stores from October, 2013. According to the company the device would cost around Rs 17,000.
