Finally, Blackberry also presents its mid range handset at a press event at MWC 2015 called BlackBerry Leap. BlackBerry claims that this smartphone will be available in U.S. and European markets starting from April 2015 and has been priced at $275.
Blackberry Leap boasts a 5 inch HD display which amounts to pixel density of 294 ppi. It is equipped with a dual core Krait Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Plus processor (which is quite dated now) clocked at 1.5 GHz along with 2 GB of RAM.
BlackBerry Leap holds internal storage of 16 GB and also comes with expandable storage for additional 128 GB using Micro SD cards slot. It packs an 8 MP camera on its rear side with LED flash which is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30 fps and also has a 2 MP shooter at front for selfies.
BlackBerry Leap runs on BlackBerry 10.3.1 operating system out of the box. It houses a 2800 mAh non removable battery which is able to deliver 25 hours of battery backup which means it can run smoothly throughout the day even if you are a heavy user.
Connectivity options include 3G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Micro USB port.
Apart from this, Blackberry has also shown a curved display slider handset at the aforementioned event which without revealing much other info, just as a teaser for BlackBerry enthusiasts. BlackBerry also announced that the company is planning to launch two other devices next month.

BlackBerry has launched BlackBerry Leap in Black color for $275 (approx. 17,000 INR) and will be available in US and Europe from April 2015 onwards while Indian availability is not confirmed yet.
