Motorola has today launched its new high end smartphone- Moto X Style at an event in New Delhi, India. The company has tied up with online portal Flipkart to sell this device exclusively at Rs.29,999 for 16GB variant and Rs.31,999 for 32GB variant.
Moto X Style sports a 5.7 inch Quad HD TFT LCD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It is equipped with hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 CPU clocked at 1.8 GHz, paired with Adreno 418 GPU and 3GB of RAM. This smartphone comes in two storage variants- 16GB or 32GB which can be further expanded by up to additional 128GB using microSD card.
On the camera front, Moto X Style bears a 21MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and is capable of 4K video recording. It also has a 5 MP front facing shooter with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture which is good enough to capture selfies even in low light condition. Moto X Style houses a 3000mAh battery with proprietary TurboPower 25 for faster charging, but you will have to buy the turbo charger separately.
Moto X Style runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS which is upgradable to latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Connectivity options include EDGE / GPRS, 3G, 4G LTE, Wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Micro USB port and dual SIM support.
