Moto G4 Play With 5-inch HD Display Launched At 8,999 INR

After Moto G4 Plus and G4, Lenovo has launched yet another G series handset in India, the Moto G4 Play, priced at 8,999 INR. The Moto G4 Play will be available exclusively on in Black and White color options starting today 10:00 PM.

The Moto G4 Play, being the cheapest of the three fourth-generation G series handset, cuts back on the hardware specification.


The relatively compact 5-inch display has 720p HD resolution and the handset is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 410 processor, which is paired with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. You can also add up to 128GB microSD card as well.

For photography, the handset has 8MP rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture lens and a 5MP selfie camera mounted on the front.

The handset houses a 2800mAh battery which supports Turbo charging. Motorola claims full day backup on single charge. The turbo charger comes in the box and can offers 5 hours usage worth of charge with just 5 minutes of charging, according to company claims.

Other features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, and GPS. There is no fingerprint sensor on this one.
