Micromax today launched its new tablet Canvas Tab P666 in partnership with Intel. This is the first time Micromax has launched its tablet with Intel Atom processor, which will be available for 10,999 INR.
Micromax Canvas Tab P666 flaunts an 8 inch display with the resolution of 800×1200 pixels. Micromax has paid due attention to the design for this tablet. It features glass finish with metal side edges.
The tablet is fired by a 1.2 GHz dual core Intel Atom Processor Z2520 assisted by 1 GB RAM and 8 GB inbuilt storage which is further expandable by up to 32 GB using Micro SD card. The processor supports Hyper threading technology which means each CPU core can execute 2 threads at a time.

Micromax Canvas Tab P666 sports a 5 MP camera on its back surface and a 2 MP front Facing camera for video calls and selfie pictures. It has a decent 4400 mAh battery, which sounds apt considering the display size.
Micromax Canvas Tab P666 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat for rich Android experience. Connectivity features include GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and 3G via Sim card slot (Micro Sim). Micromax Canvas Tab P666 will be available in two color options- Black and White.
