LG Launches World’s First Curved Flexible Smartphone G Flex in India

Bringing evolution to hands, LG has launched the world’s first curved flagship smartphone in India designed to fit the palm of the hand and contour of the face. The curved flexible smartphone also has self healing panel to heal minor scratches.

The LG G Flex sports a 720p display which has been curved to a radius of 700mm and that’s what makes it unique and it’s USP. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and is powered by a 2.26 GHz quad core Snapdragon 800 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera for video calling.

It also comes with the Rear key design just like LG G2. The phone comes with a self healing coating at the back which automatically removes minor scratches within minutes. Technical specifications have been mentioned below.

LG had announced the smartphone in December 2013, and have promised to bring it in markets by February which they have done. The world’s first smartphone is available for Rs. 69,999 as MRP and is available starting today.
