Lenovo has today unveiled its new 4G enabled phablet- Phab Plus at IFA 2015 in Berlin. Before this, it had launched the same in China last month. Lenovo Phab Plus will be available in select countries in September 2015 for $299.
Lenovo Phab Plus features a 6.8 inch full HD display, sports a 13 MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 5P lens and folds a 5 MP selfie shooter on the front which is should be good enough to click selfies.
It packs a 1.5 GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 chipset clubbed with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM, 32GB of flash memory and expandable storage slot that supports up to 64GB expansion.
On the software front, Lenovo Phab Plus runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with company’s own Vibe UI on top. It houses 3500 mAh battery inside which is rated to offer you up to 24 hours of talk time and 350 hours of standby time. It also comes with Dolby Atmos audio for enhanced sound quality and music experience via headphones.
Lenovo Phab Plus comes with hybrid dual SIM support- one Micro SIM card and another one is Nano SIM card which can be used as a microSD card slot as well. Apart from 4G, other connectivity options include EDGE / GPRS, 3G, Wi-fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Micro USB port, etc.

Apart from Lenovo Phab Plus, the company has also introduced another tablet ‘Phab’ which comes with 6.98 inch display, octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC, 1GB RAM and will be available in four color variants for USD$179. On the other hand, Lenovo Phab Plus will be available in Grey and Silver color options for USD$299.
