Chinese smartphone maker, iVoomi had entered in India with its Me 1 earlier this year and now the company is expanding its service centers in India to improve their after sales service for their customers.
The company has already opened 500 centers in 6 months in India and is now planning to open next 500+ centers in Tier 2, 3 and 4 cities in India. iVoomi is also planning to fulfill the customer’s requirements and solve their problems with a turn around time of 48 Hours by the mid of 2018.
Commenting on the same, Mr. Ashwin Bhandari, CEO, iVOOMi, India said “We are glad to announce that we are further expanding our service centre networks in India to provide our customers with unmatched after sales services.” “We are even working on an innovative structure for delivering services to the market. The next stage will be building nodal centres, wherein we will have knowledge and support centres to fix the problems being faced by the consumers.” he further added.
iVoomi also launched its Me 4 and Me 5 couple of months ago in India. Me 4 comes with 4.55-inch FWVGA display, 5 MP rear and 5 MP front cameras. It has 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM and houses a 2000mAh battery. On the other hand, Me 5 includes a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, 8 MP rear and 5 MP front camera. There is 2GB RAM and 16GB onboard memory and is equipped with 1.3 GHz quad core Spreadtrum SC9832 processor.
iVoomi also announced a 6 months screen replacement offer on its selected products and is also planning to launch few excited offers by the end of this year.
