After presenting Intex Aqua Star L, the first Android 5.0 Lollipop in Indian market last week, Intex has today added another smartphone to its Aqua series- The Aqua Star II. This smartphone will be available through Intex’s distribution network across India and has been priced at 5,999 INR.
Aqua Star II boasts a 5 inch IPS display with the FWVGA resolution of 480×854 pixels. It is fired by quad core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, paired with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of ROM and an expansion slot for Micro SD card support (up to 32GB).
Aqua Star II packs an 8 MP auto focus shooter on its rear side along with a 5 MP camera at front for selfie lovers and video calling. It is also equipped with 2000 mAh battery with unspecified talk time and standby time.
On the software front, Aqua Star II is running Android 4.4 KitKat which is upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop OS later on. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS / A-GPS, Micro USB port, FM radio and Dual SIM support.
