Intex has launched another budget smartphone in its Aqua series just after the Aqua Power HD 4G, named as Aqua Q7N Pro. It is the upgraded version of last month’s launched Aqua Q7N. This dual SIM handset will be available in Champagne, Grey, and White color variants.
Aqua Q7N Pro incorporates a 4.5 inch IPS display with the resolution of 480×854 pixels (FWVGA) which amounts to 218ppi per pixel density. It has a 1.0 GHz quad core Spreadtrum SC7731C processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of flash memory that can be further expanded by up to additional 32GB with microSD card slot.
If we talk about the camera section, Aqua Q7N Pro sports a 5 MP rear shooter with LED flash light and a VGA front facing camera onboard. It houses a 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver you up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.
There is a drawback of Aqua Q7N Pro that it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system which is kind of dated as of today where most of the new entrants are running on Android Marshmallow. Also, Android 7.0 Nougat has already started rolling out. Connectivity options include 3G / HSPA+, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, Micro USB port, dual SIM support and 3.5mm audio jack.
