Huawei Honor 6 Plus with Dual Rear Camera Coming to India this March

Huawei will soon launch Honor 6 Plus, a successor of Honor 6 in India very soon along with some other low cost 4G handsets. India is increasingly becoming a very important market for Huawei and with 4G LTE finally establishing itself in India, Huawei sees opportunity for increasing its market share.


The Honor 6 Plus is a larger display variant of Honor 6, which has been successfully selling in India for 17,999 INR. While the design language mostly remains same, a very significant addition is 8 MP dual camera on the rear surface, which can be used to click images first and focus later.

The 5.5 Inch display features 1080 x 1920 full HD resolution with scratch resistant Gorilla Glass 3, and Honor 6 Plus is powered by 1.8 GHz HiSilicon Kirin 925 octa core processor with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage, which can be further expanded by another 32 GB using MicroSD card.

There are two 8 MP rear cameras, one fixed focus and one Auto focus, present on the rear side which can be used for full HD video recording. Huawei allows you to adjust aperture value to determine the blur and use bokeh effect from the rear camera. An 8 MP front camera is also present for selfie lovers and video calling.

There is a 3600 mAh battery which is non removable and large enough to power this device throughout the day. Other features include 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, IR, GPS and AGPS
