Huawei has launched a new midrange G series smartphone- G8 at IFA 2015 in Berlin. This smartphone will be available in select countries including China, Germany, Taiwan, United Kingdom Saudi Arabia by the end of this month and will be priced at 399 Euros.
Huawei G8 packs a 5.5 inch full HD 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass layer on top. It is powered by 64 bit octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 processor where first four cores are clocked at 1.5 GHz and other four cores are clocked at 1.2 GHz.
Huawei G8 comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory and an expansion slot for micro SD card which supports up to another 64GB. It runs on Emotion UI which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and all hardware is powered by a modest 3000mAh battery with unspecified talk time or standby time.
On the camera front, Huawei G8 is fitted with a 13 MP auto focus rear camera with dual tone Led flash and OIS, and also includes a 5 MP front facing snapper onboard to click selfies. Connectivity options include EDGE, 3G, 4G LTe, Wi-fi, 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS / A-GPS, Micro USB port, dual SIM functionality.

Huawei G8 will be available in Silver, Gold and White color variants and will be priced at 399 Euros ( approximately 29,560 INR). Apart from Huawei G8, the company also took wraps off from Mate S at IFA 2015 which will be available at starting from 649 Euros (approximately 48,000 INR).
