Huawei has finally announced Ascend P2 which is the successor of the Ascend P1. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS with Huawei’s own Emotion UI on top and features a 4.7 inch HD IPS display.
The phone is powered by a 1.5Ghz quad core processor along with 1GB RAM. It comes with a 13 megapixel auto focus camera at the back and 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calling. According to Huawei it is the fastest smartphone in the world as it supports LTE cat 4 that can offer users speeds up to 150Mbps.
At 8.4mm it is pretty slim but not the slimmest smartphone available in the market. The display comes with magic touch feature which allows the user to operate the touch screen while wearing gloves. The display seems similar to the Nokia Lumia 920 super sensitive touch screen display. Ascend P2 comes with 16GB internal storage and 2420 mAh battery.
