Huawei the leading mobile phone manufacturer launched the next iteration to their 6.1-inch phablet Ascend Mate dubbed as the Ascend Mate 2 4G at Consumer Electronic Show 2014. As the name, it is 4G enabled handset which is basically an advancement over the Ascend Mate which was launched last year.
Huawei Ascend Mate 2 4G features a 6.1-inches IPS+ HD display with 720×1280 pixels resolution. Huawei Ascend Mate 2 is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor (MSM8928), having an Adreno 306 GPU and paired with 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of inbuilt storage. It runs Huawei’s in-house built Emotion UI 2.0 on top of Android mobile operating system. It comes with a 13-megapixel autofocus f/2.0 rear camera, and a 5-megapixel f/2.4 front-facing camera. It comes with a 4050mAh battery with reversible charging that is it can charge other smart devices as well if connected just like a portable charger.
