HTC has launched the enhanced version of HTC 10 i.e. HTC 10 Evo in India today for a price of Rs. 48,990. The phone is quite similar to specifications with the HTC Bolt that is a phone sold in USA and was launched in November of 2016. The HTC 10 Evo brings several new improvements and is a new addition to HTC’s Evo line-up of smartphones.
The phone has a beautiful unibody metal design which is a normal thing we see in the HTC flagship smartphones. As per HTC, the phone has improved antennas on the top and rear part of the back which provide exceptional signal reception. HTC has also gotten rid of the 3.5mm audio jack and went ahead with the USB Type-C to provide a better music experience using the dual adaptive earphones. You will also see HTC’s very own BoomSound adaptive audio which works really well and can automatically adapt to the sound levels that are around you.
The phone is also water, splash and dust resistant with a IP57 rating which is a good thing. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and supports things like split-screen and more. The phone is quite loaded specification wise and comes with a 5.5-inch 1440p screen which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. Coming to the camera, it has a primary camera of 16 MP and it has an aperture of f/2.0 and it also has OIS which is amazing. The phone is quite loaded by it’s you who has to decide if the phone is worth Rs. 48,990 or not.
