Honor 6A With 5-Inch Display And Android Nougat Announced

Huawei’s e-brand Honor has unveiled its new budget handset named Honor 6A in China. It will be available in four attractive color variants including Blue, Pink, Silver and Gold, and will go on sale from 1st of June, 2017 onwards.

It will be launched in two variants. The one including 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM will cost 799 CNY and the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM model which has been priced at 999 CNY.

Honor 6A has a 5-inch HD display and employs a 64bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor (4 cores X 1.5 GHz and 4 cores X 1.2 GHz). It comes with hybrid dual SIM slot which means you can add a MicroSD card only at the expense of second SIM card.

It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on top of it and is backed by 3020mAh battery. Honor 6A comes with fingerprint scanner which is placed just below the rear camera and also supports 4G VoLTE.

Honor 6A sports a 13 MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash light, 5P lens, PDAF and full HD video recording. It also includes a front facing sensor with 5 MP resolution. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, 3G / HSPA+, EDGE / GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS, Micro USB slot and 3.5mm audio jack.
