Huawei’s online smartphone brand, Honor will also be available offline from now onwards. The company has tied up with Zopper (hyper local marketplace for Electronic items ) to go offline in India. After this new partnership, Honor expands its reach to almost 267 stores in Delhi NCR ( Gurgaon, Faridabad), Chennai, Vellore, Pondicherry and Bangalore in India.
Zopper is a shopping app which allows users to compare between 10,000+ local retailers and choose the best one or whoever is selling the product for the best price. Consumers will get 5% cashback on the purchase of Honor 4x and Honor 6 with one year accidental or liquid damage cover till December 24, 2015. For now only 2 Honor phones will be available offline and will cost the same as on e-commerce channels. The Honor 4X is selling for Rs. 9,999 and Honor 6 at 14,999 INR.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Allen Wang, President of Consumer Business Group, Huawei India said, “We are very encouraged with the response we have received for our Honor smartphonesin India, including the Honor 4X, Honor 6 Plus and Honor 7. To reinforce our commitment towards our customers in India, and allow a higher level of access to Honor smartphones, we have decided to introduce Honor smartphones in the offline sales channel, which starts with the tie-up with Zopper, which allow customers to choose the retailer offering the best price for a product”
Terms and conditions for the Zopper promotions:
- The offer is applicable only against purchases of Honor 6 and Honor 4x smartphones.
- Maximum cashback amount per transaction is 5% of invoice value or Rs. 750 whichever is less.
- year damage insurance/liquid damage from Zopper.
- The cashback amount will be credited to the Zopper app by 31st december,2015.
- Offer can be availed only once by a customer.
