High End Motorola Moto Turbo Launched as Smaller Sibling to Nexus 6 at 41,999 INR

Motorola has introduced a new high end smartphone, the Moto Turbo in India and it’s now available for pre-orders on an e-commerce site, Flipkart.com for a price of 41,999 INR. Moto Turbo in Ballistic Nylon back will start shipping from third week of this month.


This device is same Motorola Droid Turbo which was launched last year in U.S. via Verizon and was later presented as Motorola Moto Maxx in global markets. Now it will sell in India as Motorola Moto Turbo with 64 GB storage on Flipkart as a smaller sibling to Motorola Nexus 6.

Moto Turbo boasts a 5.2 inch Quad HD (2K) AMOLED display with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 scratch resistant layer on top and staggering pixel density of 565 ppi. It is powered by 2.7 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with Adreno 420 GPU, coupled with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB of non expandable native storage.

This device flaunts a 21 MP auto focus rear camera with dual LED flash, which can record 4K videos while also including a 2 MP selfie camera on front side. Other camera features include slow motion video, burst mode, auto HDR and Panorama mode.

It houses a massive 3900 mAh battery and runs on latest Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Micro-USB port and 3.5 mm audio jack.
