Fujifilm has launched two new cameras X100S and X20 under the X series. Talking first about the X100S which is an high end camera from Fujifilm is the successor to the X100. It has the world’s fastest Auto focus (AF) of 0.08 seconds. Unlike X100S which is a high speed camera, X20 comes with a high precision camera. It is the successor of X10 and comes with refined design and much better performance over X10.
The X100S features a 16.3 million pixels APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor which has been recently developed by Fujifilm. It comes with a built-in Phase Detection technology and as already mentioned above it comes with the world’s fastest AF speed of just 0.08 seconds. The camera comes with a Hybrid Viewfinder i.e combination of an optical and an electronic viewfinder. It comes with a FUJINON 23mm F2 lens which offers premium image quality in a compact form.
Now let’s have a look at the X20, which also has Fujifilm’s latest technology. It comes with a X-Trans CMOS II sensor, EXR Processor II and advanced optical viewfinder. It is available both in black and two tone black & silver color options. It features a 12 2/3-inch X-Trans CMOS II sensor which is also one of the latest sensors developed by Fujifilm. The camera comes with a high precision F2.0-2.8 4x manual barrel zoom lens which allows the users to capture bokeh shots with ease. It also has super macro mode (1 cm) for shooting ultra clear close shots.
Besides above mentioned features both camera come with Advanced Filter functions, Fujifilm’s proprietary ‘Film Simulation Modes’ and Full HD movie recording. X100S is available in India for Rs 74,999 (MRP) and X20 is available for Rs 39,999 (MRP).
