Lenovo India today introduced the first Google Tango smartphone, Phab 2 Pro, in India. Armed with an array of cameras and other sensors, the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro is capable of mapping your surroundings and supporting AR applications, 25 of which are already available on Google Playstore.
The Phab 2 Pro has a massive 6.4-inch QHD display with 2.5D curved glass on top and is powered by 1.8 Ghz Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor paired with Adreno 510 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. You can also add up to 128GB of microSD storage. Software running on the device is Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
On the rear, the handset has 16MP camera with PDAF, Depth Sensor, and Motion Tracking Sensor for Tango. On the front, there is an 8MP camera. Other features include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos and 4050mAh battery. Lenovo Phab 2 Pro measures 88.57 x 179.83 x 6.98-10.7mm and weighs 259 grams.
