DataWind, a Canadian wireless web access products and services developer, which is well renowned for its association with the ultra low cost Akash tablet project has today announced its partnership with Iris computers to expand their retail network in India.
As per the new agreement, Iris computer will help push entire DataWind tablet and smartphone portfolio at 2500 channel partners aggregators and regional distributors, thus expanding DataWind’s reach to a total of 7500 retail outlets after the completion of this current phase.
Iris computer will also contribute through its expertise in rapid logistics, well-supervised inventory administration and a strong marketing and distribution reach
