Canon has launched an array of new cameras classified under its IXUS series and EOS series including IXUS 285 HS, IXUS 180, IXUS 175, the EOS M3 and EOS M10. IXUS series compact cameras come equipped with auto-zoom feature, while the EOS series includes mirrorless cameras.

IXUS 285 HS has a 20.2 MP HS CMOS sensor with DIGIC 4+ imaging processor, 12X IS 25-300mm f/3.6 (W) – f/7.0 (T) lens and 7.6 cm LCD Monitor. The camera includes WiFi and NFC connectivity options and will be available for 12,995 INR.
The IXUS 175, on the other hand includes 20.0 Mega-Pixel CCD sensor, DIGIC 4+, 8x 28-224mm f/3.2 (W) – f/6.9 (T) and 6.9 cm LCD Monitor. Other features include HD video recording, Auto Button and Auto Zoom. The IXUS 175 will cost 6,995 INR.
IXUS 180 is very similar to IXUS 175, but comes with 10x IS 24-240mm f/3.0 (W) – f/6.9 (T) lens and WiFi, NFC connectivity option. It has been priced at 7,995 INR.
EOS M10 Mirrorless camera comes with 18.0 mega-pixel APS-C CMOS sensor, DIGIC 6 image processor, touch LCD monitor which you can tilt, Full HD video recording capability, WiFi, NFC and Hybrid CMOS AF 2. The camera is compatible with EF and EF-S series lenses. The EOS M10 + EF-M15-45 IS STM lens will be available at INR 39 995.00
The EOS M3 with EF-M18-55 IS STM lens will be available at INR 49 995.00. This camera includes a 24.2-megapixel APS-C size CMOS sensor working in tandem with the latest DIGIC 6 image processor. Other features are similar to EOS M10.
