Canon launched its EOS 6D Mark II full frame DSLR camera in India with a competitive price of 1,32,995 INR (body only). With 4-70mm F4 lens and 24-105mm lens, EOS 6D Mark II will cost Rs 1,84,995 and Rs 2,02,995 respectively.
The Canon EOS 6D Mark II is dust and water resistant, weighs has a 26.2MP Full-frame CMOS Sensor, and DIGIC 7 Image Processor. The video recording, however, still maxes out at 1080p. It can automatically detect the lens paired and corrects distortion and diffraction accordingly.
The camera is equipped with a 7560-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor and a colour detection AF for consistent and accurate exposure in various lighting conditions.
The optical viewfinder has 45 cross type focal points. The dual focus pixel technology used further helps with fast focusing. The camera can shoot continuous images at up to 6.5 frames per second.
Other notable features include 3-inch 3:2 Clear View II TFT Vari-angle Touch Screen, Built-in Flash, ISO range of 100-40000, Wi-Fi 802.11n, NFC, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.
