BlackBerry announces Z3 Full-touch and Q20 BB10 running handsets at MWC 2014

BlackBerry betting for its survival have changed the strategy to stabilize the company and restore customers. BlackBerry at MWC 2014 have launched two new smartphones BlackBerry Z3 and BlackBerry Q20 running the latest BlackBerry 10.2.1 operating system.

BlackBerry Z3 is an upcoming full-touch BB10 smartphone designed for customers especially in Indonesia. The smartphone will feature a 5-inch display and will come running the latest BlackBerry 10 OS, v10.2. The BlackBerry Z3 is the first product to emerge from the Company’s strategic partnership with Foxconn.

BlackBerry Q20, an upcoming QWERTY BB10 smartphone reviving the strength of BlackBerry handsets that is it’s keypad with the updated operating system. It will come with a 3.5-inch touchscreen display and a keyboard with frets and sculpted keys, delivering a familiar workflow and efficiency that BlackBerry fans continue to value in a BlackBerry QWERTY smartphone.

Pricing and Availability

The BlackBerry Z3 smartphone is expected to be available from leading carriers and retailers in Indonesia by April 2014. BlackBerry Q20 on the other hand will be available in the second half of 2014. No word on pricing has been said and shall be announced at launch.
