BenQ India has today launched professionally color calibrated monitor, the SW2700PT, meant for photographers. This ‘photo editing monitor’ is designed for seamless compatibility with DSLR cameras and has been priced at 75,000 INR.
To aid to such demanding users, The SW3700PT includes a SHARP 27”QHD (2560×1440) display, supports 99% Adobe RGB color space, IPS technology for wide viewing angles, hardware calibration to permit tweaks at user end, 14bit 3D Look Up Table (LUT) that improves RGB color blending accuracy, Delta E≤2, Palette Master calibration software, ambient light-blocking detachable shading hood, OSD controller which offers 3 preset buttons to alter display settings, and Black-and-White Mode to edit B&W images without losing color tone and details.
The SW2700PT comes with BenQ’s proprietary Palette Master Calibration software, which can be used with a calibrator to optimize the color performance of the display. The SW2700PT is also compatible with X-rite and Datacolor professional color calibration utilities.
