Acer India today unleashed its Predator series in India that covers wide array of devices like Notebook, Desktop, Projector and Gaming monitor, all targeting stellar gaming experience.

The Acer Predator 15 and 17 are meant for hardcore gamers and support up to 3 display. The Predator gaming notebook comes loaded with powerful 6th Gen Intel Core i7 processors with high-performance NVIDIA GeForce graphics, Ultra-fast DDR4 memory, PCIe solid state drives, Advanced Cooling and Stellar Audio Capabilities to deliver the ultimate gaming experience.
These laptops also include also features ‘Killer DoubleShot Pro’, a new technology that enables Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections to work together for the ultimate high-speed attack. The Predator 15 notebook line includes models with 15.6-inch Full HD or 4K (3840×2160) Ultra HD panels, while the Predator 17 notebooks feature 17.3-inch Full HD displays.
Other features that facilitate high-end gaming include Predator FrostCore, Coolboost technology for custom adjustments to the fans’ airflow, a turbo boost to maximize cooling power, Predator ProZone backlit keyboard, Predator SoundPound for audio controls, and PredatorSense gaming control panel, which provides customization and control of gaming features.
On the other hand, Predator G6 and G3 Desktop, are powered by Powered by the latest 6th Generation Intel Core i7-6700K processors and run Windows 10 OS out of the box. These Laptops include a whooping 64GB DDR4 RAM, IceTunnel cooling system, PredatorSense control hub, NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 980 GPU, SteelSeries APEX RAW keyboard, SteelSeries Sensei RAW gaming mouse and lavish USB port provision (6 x USB 3.0/ 2 x USB 2.0).
The Predator Z650 projector can display a 100 inch image at just 1.5m of distance. Gamers can avail Full HD 1080P projections with 20,000:1 contrast ratio. Z650 features an RGBRGB color wheel called ColorPurity. It produces a wider color gamut and creates pure color with abundant color gradations. It can also be connected to with the PC that supports HDMI 3D and the 3DTV Play software kit.
The new 34-inch curved 21:9 ultra-wide Gsync Predator X34 monitor is the world’s first curved monitor with NVIDIA G-SYNC. The monitor features IPS LCD display panel, DTS sound, 2x7W speakers, a zero-frame design with a futuristic aluminum base and ambient lighting options, supports 100% of the sRGB color gamut, DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, has a built-in USB 3.0 hub and can be tilted from -5° to 35° and adjusted vertically up to 130 mm.
Acer Predator Z35 G Sync 35-inch curved ultra-widescreen G-Sync display with a VA panel and 144Hz refresh rate includes DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 1.4a, 9W stereo speakers with Dolby HD audio, and a 4-port USB 3.0 hub.
The futuristic Acer Predator Z35 monitor is powered by an advanced 35” AMVA 8-bit RGB panel with 2560*1080 resolution and 178°/178° horizontal/vertical viewing angles. The panel has 3000:1 contrast ratio, and 4ms grey-to-grey response time. Other key specs include 2560 x 1080 pixels native resolution, viewing angles of 178°/178°and 300 cd/m² maximum brightness.
Besides, Acer also launched gaming accessories like Predator gaming mouse, Predator gaming mousepad, Predator gaming headset and Predator gaming utility backpack
Pricing and Availability
- The Acer Predator 15 and Predator 17 notebook lines, shipping with Windows 10, will be available in India in April with an MRP of Rs 1,79,000/-
- The Acer Predator G series desktop PC will be available in India from May with prices starting at Rs. Rs 120000.
- The Acer Predator range of monitors starts from Rs 39,000 and goes upto Rs 1,10,000 for the top of the line Z35 Curved Gaming Monitor. It will be available from April onwards
- The Acer Predator Z650 Projector will be available in India at a price of Rs 1,29,000
