Subsidiary of Micromax, YU Televentures, has today introduced the successor of Yunique – the Yunique Plus. It will be available only in Black color option and has been priced at 6,499 INR. There is no official information about availability yet, but the handset is already available at select retail outlets.
As for the specs, Yunique Plus has same specifications to its predecessor. It includes 4.7 inch fully Laminated IPS display with HD resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 resistance against scratches. It employs a 64 bit 1.2 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 processor along with Adreno 306 GPU.
This Android 5.1 Lollipop based handset is equipped with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of inbuilt memory. There is also an option to expand the memory by up to another 32GB with microSD card. It packs an 8MP shooter at its rear with LED flash light and f/2.0 aperture. It also bears a 2MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture.
Yunique Plus comes with 2000mAh and also supports 4G connectivity. Other connectivity options include 3G / HSPA+, EDGE / GPRS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5mm audio jack.
